About Journal

Editorial Policy   The Pacific Journal of Optimization publishes peer reviewed papers on the theory, algorithms, software, and applications of optimization. The areas of interest include continuous optimization, discrete optimization, stochastic optimization, dynamic optimization, network optimization, multi-objective optimization, and variational inequalities. Although an important aim of the journal is to establish a forum ofr the Pacific-Rim optimization community, contributions from other parts of the world are highly encouraged. One volume of 4 issues will be published each year. (from 2012)

 

Publication Policy

We (Yokohama Publishers) assume no responsibility whatsoever for any direct or indirect damage, loss, prejudice or emotional distress caused by use of your article.

 

If (When) the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author(s) agree to automatically transfer the copyright to Yokohama Publishers.

 

The author(s) can withdraw the manuscript by mutual agreement within three months of acceptance.

 

The author(s) has to remove electronic preprints (reprints) from publicly accessible servers and any other of similar system except accessible servers of Yokohama Publishers.

 

If (When) the author(s) doesn't remove electronic preprint (reprint) from publicy accessible servers (any other of similar system), the author(s) has to choose "S-2"(Open Access) of Pagecharge form.

 

The copyright shall have the following rights:the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute the article by means of printing, reprinting, etc (any other method deemed appropriate) by the Publisher including electronic means, photographic reproductions, etc (any other reproductions of similar nature), translations.
